Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@modernyogi.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
  3. Use the prepaid shipping label included with your package for the return. Return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items should be free from any damage or signs of wear.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for the refund to be completed.
