At Modern Yogi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a no-questions-asked return policy. Please note that merchandise can only be returned for refunds if it is unused with all price tags intact.

Return Window Details:

Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Methods: Returns can be done online.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed according to the original mode of payment as detailed below:

  • Card/ Wallet: Refund will be directly credited to the original source of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer.
  • Loyalty Points: Refund will be made to the loyalty account.
Exclusions from the Return Policy:

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Personalized Items: Items that have been personalized or customized.
  • Products with Broken Seals: Any products with a broken seal.
  • Specific Terms and Conditions: Some items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product-specific.

Shipping Charges: Refunds will not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other applicable charges. However, if a product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Modern Yogi after due verification), we may, at our sole discretion, refund the shipping charges to you.

Return Options:

Online Returns Only: Place a return request online from the My Account section. Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 days. The refund will be processed after completion of a quality check.

Refund Timeline:

  • The entire process, from pickup to refund processing, takes approximately 7-10 days.
  • Once the refund is processed, we will send a confirmation email to you.
