How much is my delivery charge?

All orders with value more than CAD $100, will be shipped free of cost. For any orders worth CAD $100 or below, a nominal fee of CAD $7.50 would be applied.

Do I get the delivery charges refunded?

Orders ≤ CAD $100: Any shipping charges paid for orders totalling CAD $100 or less are non-refundable.

Non-Delivery Report (NDR): Shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is marked as NDR. NDR may occur due to reasons such as:

Partial Order Returns: Shipping charges (if paid) will not be refunded for partial order returns.
